How we can work with you 

We describe our model of Collaborative Practice as ‘couture, not off-the-peg’ and each piece of work we do is unique to the local context and setting.

We work with commissioners, services, leaders, clinicians and citizens around the country in a range of different ways, from a single GP practice, care home or hospital department through to large scale, whole system programmes that span a region or more.  Talk to us to find out how we could work with you.

If you’re a primary care network

Altogether Better has designed a suite of development offers to help PCNs and GP practices to mature and thrive across all the PCN development domains.

If you’re a federation or cluster of practices    

Typically, we will work with a group of practices within a locality to develop Collaborative Practice.

We are always keen to work with practices who want to work with us and have many success stories of working with just a single enthusiastic and innovative practice.
