Commissioners
We have worked with commissioners across the UK (and beyond) to develop programmes in primary and secondary care, social care settings and system-wide across a whole region.
We’re interested in working with commissioners as partners in designing an approach that takes ambitions and aspirations, the local context and the available resource into account and which will create the conditions for culture change within services that face the pressure of increasing demands and shrinking resources.
We’re particularly interested in working with commissioners to develop leadership programmes for pioneering services interested in thinking, and doing, differently.
