Leadership skills development programme
An online programme for current and aspiring leaders in the NHS, primary care, social care and the voluntary sector. Over five half-day modules this programme provides an important development opportunity for a new generation of healthcare leaders to acquire the skills, tools and understanding they need to thrive in their current and future leadership roles. Leadership programme: Widening access to healthcare support worker roles
Around the country NHS trusts face a critical workforce shortage. Organisations also need to reflect the community they serve. Data shows that this is not the case despite the best of intentions, directly impacting on recruitment and retention, and on the quality of care. This programme can be delivered at area or trust level, and combines ideas, practices, tools and support with system change, to equip organisations to deliver a diverse workforce of healthcare support workers and uncover learning that can be extended across each trust.
Collaborative Practice leadership development
At its heart, Collaborative Practice is about whole systems change. Our programme will add to and complement your existing skill set, supporting system change and professional development. Our leadership programme is designed for the teams who will lead collaborative practice work in their own organisations. The programme is delivered through a mix of action learning, individual and group coaching, and bespoke consultancy support.
Bespoke programmes
We describe our approach as ‘couture, not off-the-peg’ and each piece of work we do is unique to the local context and setting. We work with commissioners, services, leaders, clinicians and citizens around the country in a range of different ways, from a single GP practice, care home or hospital department through to large scale, whole system programmes that span a region or more.
