This foundational leadership programme provides an important development opportunity for people working in the NHS, primary care, social care and the voluntary sector to acquire the skills, tools and understanding they need to thrive in their current and future leadership roles.

This programme runs over 5 half-day sessions, starting 30 April 2024:

• Tuesday 7 May 9.30am – 12.00pm
  Module 2: What's in it for me? Getting the best out of a mentoring relationship

• Tuesday 7 May 1.30pm – 4.30pm
  Module 3: Raising the bar – Building a model of supervision that supports you and others

• Tuesday 14 May 9.30 – 12.00pm
  Module 4: Your impact and influence – The value of your contribution in meetings and MDTs

• Tuesday 14th May 1.30pm – 4.30pm
  Module 5: Resilience - Unlocking the power of purpose and developing a resilience plan

Cost

The cost to join the full programme is £425 per person.
