New report: Adopting Innovation in General Practice

Hot off the press is a new report exploring what it takes to adopt an innovation in General Practice and make it ‘stick’.

The NHS Leadership Academy South East is responsible for supporting leadership development and innovation across the region. They commissioned this evaluation report in order to better understand the necessary conditions for innovation and change to be adopted in General Practice.

Participants in the Academy’s Leading Innovation in Systems programme contributed to the framing, data gathering and interpretation of the evidence as they followed 15 General Practices over the course of a year as they developed our model of Collaborative Practice.

It makes for interesting reading for anybody looking to introduce an innovation to their organisation and is enormously helpful for us in understanding the key characteristics that successful Collaborative Practices embody. You can download the report Adopting Innovation in General Practice.
